Scrapbook Pages Created with the WonderPress®

Click on any of the thumbnails below to get a larger size image and to see the inside page(s) of cards.

Checkerboard Background
Create a checkerboard by using the PP004 Rounded Square and the AC002 Alignment Guide. The squares are 1.5" apart horizontally, and the rows are .75" apart vertically. Stamp fun images in the "positive" squares left. A great all-occasion layout.
Maple Leaf Border
The underlying piece is made by joining two pieces or cardstock - red for the top half and green for the bottom. On the top piece, draw a wavy line near the top using red ink and another wavy line near the bottom using green ink, to coordinate with the underlying pieces. Punch PP006 Maple Leaves along both lines to form an ivy-like border. Tip: Turn the WonderPress® while you're punching, so you can make sure your leaves are actually punched along the wavy lines. Accent the rest of page with coordinating stickers and some of the maple leaf punchies. Perfect for autumn and Thanksgiving pages.
Random Shapes Background
Use either a variety of punch shapes or just a single shape to create a background for a quick and economical layout.
Swim Lessons
Use a wave blade to cut the white and blue pieces, and the photo and caption mats, for this fun water-theme page. After adhering the photos and mats down to the top white and blue pieces, randomly punch the PP010 Splat all over. It is a nice effect to punch near the edges so you get two-tone shapes. Then glue down some punchies using foam pop-up dots for a multi-layered look, as some of the splats are "negatives" and some are "positives".
Welcome Luke
This is a super-quick page to make. Punch the PP004 Rounded Square on the top blue sheet to make tiles for your title, adhere some strips or a sheet to the back, and then stamp your title to show through the squares. Using the same paper as the underlying sheet, cut a mat a couple of inches larger than your photograph. After adhering the photo to the mat, randomly punch squares all around the edge, punching some of the photograph and some of the mat at the same time.
Winter Wonderland
Here we’ve chosen vivid blue and green papers for the sky and earth portions of the card. Draw and cut a curved outline representing the horizon on your sky and earth pieces. Trim these pieces to size so they fit nicely on your white background paper, with margins all around and in between.

To create the snow-covered trees, randomly punch the green paper with the PP005 Evergreen Tree punch pattern. To create the snowdrops, randomly punch both the green and blue paper with the PP013 1/8” Circle punch pattern. Punch out some stars with the PP003 Star punch pattern and adhere them on to the blue paper. Great for snow and holiday layouts.

Max, Morie and Rusty
The paw prints were punched along the left edge of this page with the PP009 Dog Paw punch pattern. Complementing stickers add color and playfulness to the page. A quick and easy page to do, it's not only cost-effective but really draws attention to the photo.
Summer's 8th birthday
The text was laser printed on colored vellum. Both the vellum page and the background coffee cup page were decorated with the EP004 Coffee Cup emboss pattern. The vellum page was attached to the printed background page with eyelets.
Jason and Bernice Wedding Page
We used a perforating blade to perforate the top sheet every inch, both vertically and horizontally. Every other square was then embossed with the EP002 Heart emboss pattern. Squares from the top sheet were removed as needed to create "mats" for text and photos.
Dave and Lisa Senior Prom
With the WonderPress® you can easily create your own bordered paper. This works best if you use the AC002 Alignment Guide. We placed the PP001 Heart punch pattern in the WonderPress® in the A orientation, and punched the hearts out in the lower half of the page. Then we turned the punch pattern upside down, in the C orientation, and punched the top half of the page. We used the same punch to generate the red, white and black heart cutouts to decorate the photo and tie the whole page together.
Butterfly Twins
We jazzed up this already decorative paper with the PP011 Butterfly punch pattern to augment the whimsical nature of the twins' angelic wings costume. Simply punch the Butterfly image randomly over the top sheet and mount it to the background page. Remember that you can load the patterns in 4 different orientations inside the WonderPress® so your butterflies can be facing any direction you want.

We also used the PP004 Rounded Square punch pattern to make the rounded corners rectangle that frames the photo. This punch is only a ¾” square, but you can adapt it to make any size rectangle you want: Using the Alignment Guide and the Rounded Square punch, punch the 4 corners of your desired rectangle cutout, and then run a blade to join the 4 corners together into a rectangle.

Vista High School Graduation
Star-patterned paper and the PP003 Star punch pattern were chosen for this easy-to-make "Reach for the Stars"-themed graduation page. Stars were randomly punched along the top and right margins of the top page, allowing the blue background page to show through, and creating frames for the written-in letters and numbers. Star cutouts matching the photo mats were also glued on to the page, and decorated to make star-shaped balloons.
Pierce Family Celebrates Summer
The lazy sandcastle-and-beach scene depicted on this printed paper, together with the EP005 Sun emboss and the PP010 Splat punch patterns, perfectly capture the timeless pleasure of a family's day at the beach. Splats were punched randomly in the lower half of the page, allowing the blue-water-colored paper underneath to show through. Splat cutouts were also used to decorate the photo mat. The Sun emboss pattern was used randomly over the page, and small ink pads were applied directly to the embossed images, bringing them out and adding to the fun and busy look of this page.
Fourth of July
This patriotic card takes advantage of PP003 Star punch pattern and the AC002 Alignment Guide. Stars are punched 1.5" apart, and rows are .75" apart vertically. Stamp complementing stars randomly in yellow ink on both the main and caption pieces. This is great for summer picnic/BBQ and 4th of July layouts.
Two-Tone Hearts Border
To create the two-tone border, cut a red and a vellum piece to the same size, a couple of inches wide and a little shorter than the page itself. Cut the red piece in half and glue it on top of the vellum piece. Randomly punch the PP001 Heart or any other shape you want down the middle, so you are punching through some of the vellum and and some of the red paper at the same time. Then cut another piece of vellum a little wider than the red piece cut in half, and as tall as the page itself. Adhere this piece to the page, and then glue the border strip down, matching the two-tone edge of the border strip to the reverse two-tone edge on the main page.
Spring Scene Page
This is an easy page for those spring photos. Emboss EP001 Flowers along the bottom of the page, and a EP005 Sun near the upper left corner. Then use a shadow/block rubber stamp, and ink each embossed image in an appropriate color. The raised or embossed part gets more of the ink which makes the image stand out great. This is a useful technique for other dry embossed applications. Punch a PP011 Butterfly in the upper right corner, and then working backwards from its tail, punch a "trail" using the PP013 1/8" Circle.
